Getting started is simple — call/text us to schedule your first visit. We’ll confirm your service day and handle the rest.

Do you offer one-time or first-time cleanups?

Yes! Whether you need a single cleanup before a party or a first-time deep scoop before starting regular visits, we’ve got you covered.

How do you handle gates and pets?

We always make sure your gates are securely closed before we leave — and we’ll send you a photo confirmation so you know it’s done. If your gate has a lock or code, you can securely provide that information during sign-up. Your pets’ safety is our priority.

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If we miss anything, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back at no extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle and cash

How do I begin service?

No contracts, no long-term commitments! You can start, pause, or cancel service anytime without fees.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We work in most weather conditions, but if severe weather makes it unsafe, we’ll notify you and reschedule your visit.

How do you charge and when?

Most customers are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each month for that month’s service.
